Fit It For Me is our handy service, which lets you buy a selected part, and have it installed by one of our trusted garages.

Our most frequently asked questions from rescheduling your appointment to changing the workshop and more in-between, find your answer below. 

  • To amend your booking time or date, you can get in touch with the workshop directly. You can find their contact details on the workshop listings page or on your confirmation email.   • We may be able to remove or cancel your order depending on the product and service that has been selected. Please either message us by clicking on the speech bubble ChatLogoIcon2 in the bottom right hand corner or enter your details here and we'll be happy to help.


    Unfortunately, we are unable to amend, add or upgrade your order once it has been submitted.

  • If you are unable to attend the appointment with the workshop you originally booked, you will need to cancel this booking with our customer service team, please either message us by clicking on the speech bubble ChatLogoIcon2 in the bottom right hand corner or enter your details here and we'll be happy to help.

  • As the workshops use the information provided about the booking to determine costs and times involved, any booking that has the incorrect vehicle information will need to be cancelled.   • Don’t worry if you entered the wrong phone number at the checkout – get in touch with the workshop directly to provide them with the correct contact details. You can find their contact details on the workshop listings page or on your confirmation email.

  • If you’ve booked two appointments with the same workshop, we will need to get in touch with them directly to find out if the work can be completed during the same appointment. You can find their contact details on the workshop listings page or on your confirmation email.
