Did you forget to enter the discount code? No problem, we can get this fixed whether you still need to collect or already have.
If you find that the price of a product in your order is not at the correct price, you can address this when you collect your order at the store.
When you collect your order at the store, make the store colleague aware of the product requiring the price amendment prior to accepting collection.
Any price amendment can be communicated with the store colleague and be actioned if in agreement.
If you have paid online for your order and realised after you have received it that you have not applied any discounts available at the time, we will honour the lower price for up to 7 days from the purchase date. You will need your order reference number, the price you have paid, and the price with the discount code. You can either message us by clicking on the speech bubble in the bottom right hand corner or submit a request below and one of our team will be happy to arrange a refund for the difference.
