Need to find the important information about your order, it's all on your order confirmation email.
When you place an order with Euro Car Parts online either for an in-store collection or home delivery, you will receive a Web Order Confirmation email. This will arrive within a short space of time after you checkout. This confirmation contains all the important details about your order. Including the product/s, price paid and details of the branch selected to collect from, or delivery address you have entered.

Whether collecting your order at a store, need a return or have a query regarding your order, you will need the web order confirmation number on this email. This is detailed at the top the page on the right-hand side as shown below.
The delivery service you selected along with your order date are located in the middle of the confirmation email as below. When checking your estimated delivery date you might also find our delivery service information useful as well as this article on tracking your order.
At the top of the order confirmation email you will see two addresses. The first at the top left of the confirmation email is the invoice or billing address, this is usually the address that your payment type is registered to. The second at the top right of the confirmation email is your selected delivery address.
Below your address and order details you will find a summary of the product and quantities ordered along with the price you have paid and where applicable, the registration of the vehicle you entered to search for product/s online.
