Tracking Your Order

At LKQ Euro Car Parts we use several different couriers to fulfill our delivery requirements, using the most suitable dependent on your location and the product being delivered.

You can track or order via the my account section or if you checked out as a guest by using our guest tracking. Check out how by following the steps below.

  • If you checked out as a guest, don't worry we've got you covered with guest tracking

    • Click on the link at the bottom of this article or use the track your order link in the footer section of www.eurocarparts.com

    • When you are on this page, simply enter your order number and the invoice address post code, then click find your order

    • Once inside you will see the order details and the status of the order.

       

      Statuses

      Received.png
      The status is ‘RECEIVED’ when we have your order
      Processing.png
      The status is 'PROCESSING' when we are picking and packing your order
      Dispatched.png
      When your order is with the courier, the status is ‘DISPATCHED’
      Delivered.png
      When your order reaches you ‘DELIVERED’ is displayed.

  • Check your account to find all your order information in one place.

    • If you are using your account either use the link above or enter your account using the icon at the top of the web page

    • Then go click into the "View My Orders" section

    • Once inside you will see the orders you have placed and the status of the order.

       

      Statuses

      Received.png

    DPD provide their own parcel tracking service. If your order has been sent via this service, you will have received an email with a link to the DPD tracking website and your tracking number will have been included in your email.

    You will need the tracking number associated with your order from LKQ Euro Car Parts to use the tracking facility of this courier.

    This service may be next day up to 4 working days depending on the option selected at the check-out stage.

    DHL who provide their own parcel tracking service. If your order has been sent via this service, you will have received an email with a link to the tracking website and your tracking number will have been included in your email.

    You will need the tracking number associated with your order from LKQ Euro Car Parts to use the tracking facility of this courier.

    This service may be next day up to 4 working days depending on the option selected at the check-out stage.

    Sometimes you will receive an order from LKQ Euro Car Parts via Royal Mail. This is usually if the item is small. Royal Mail takes typically 2-3 working days to be delivered but can take up to 7 days.

  • ECP_Logo.svg

    We may deliver your order to you via your local LKQ Euro Car Parts store when the product is available. This is indicated at the check-out stage with    ECP_Logo.svg  logo denoting the order will be fulfilled from the local store.

    Your order maybe delivered next day if you have paid for a next day delivery service, alternatively standard delivery is 3-4 working days.

    Currently there is not yet any facility to track your order online, however you are able to call your local store to find out the status of your order. To find your nearest store use our store locator.

    When calling a store regarding your order, please have your order number available.

    Due to volume of deliveries handled at each store, please only call regarding your order if you have an amendment to the delivery information or if you haven’t received your order in the selected service timeframe.
