Data Subject Access Request

In order to prevent unauthorised access to data, if you wish to submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), you are first required to submit your request using our secure portal.

To submit a DSAR, we have implemented a secure portal for providing personal information, which can be accessed using the link below.

Please submit your request via the portal. Once you have submitted the request, you will receive an email containing a link to verify your email.  Please ensure you click the link to verify your email. Once you have done so, we will take the necessary steps to provide the documents on your file.
