Subject Access Request

In order to prevent unauthorised access to data, if you wish to submit a subject access request, all subject access requests must be submitted through our self-service secure online portal.

We are first required to verify your identity. To submit a subject access request and verify your identity, please click on the link contained below to our secure portal and complete the subject access request form displayed to you.

 Please read the instructions and information on the form carefully. Ensure you scroll to the end of the page and complete all sections of the form in full, including uploading the relevant identification documents, before clicking submit.

 The types of requests which can be submitted through the portal are detailed on the subject access request form and include; requesting access, erasure, correction, or restriction of processing of personal data. You can select more than one option.

You are responsible for completion of this form. Once submitted, you will receive a case reference number to the email address you provided on the form, enabling you to track the progress of your request.

 Please note only requests made through the above portal will be processed. All further information relating to your request should be through the portal and not via our website. If, for any reason, you are unable to access the portal via the above link, please email privacy@eurocarparts.com.
